પોલિફોની સ્ટાફ પાસેથી શું અપેક્ષા રાખવી?

• પાઠોની શરૂઆત પહેલા પોલિફોની પાઠોનું સમયપત્રક એસઓસી પર ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે. 
• નિયત સમયે શરૂ થતા પાઠો સારી રીતે તૈયાર કર્યા છે. 
• કેટલું પ્રેક્ટિસ જરૂરી છે અને નીચેના પાઠ માટે કયા ક્ષેત્રોમાં પ્રેક્ટિસ કરવી જોઈએ તેના પ્રોત્સાહન અને સ્પષ્ટ માર્ગદર્શિકાઓ. વિદ્યાર્થી માટે આ હેતુ માટે નોટબુક પ્રદાન કરવી એ એક સારો વિચાર છે અથવા વૈકલ્પિક રીતે જો તેઓ તેમને તેમના પાઠમાં લાવે તો તેઓ તેમના શાળાના આયોજકનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકે છે. 
• જો કોઈ શિક્ષક ગેરહાજર હોય, તો પોલિફોની એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેટર માતાપિતા અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ બંનેને ઇમેઇલ કરશે અને કોઈપણ પાઠ ચૂકી ગયા હોય તો તે પ્રથમ તબક્કે ફરીથી ગોઠવવામાં આવશે; જો મુદતના અંત સુધીમાં આ શક્ય ન હોય તો ગિફ્ટ કાર્ડના રૂપમાં રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે. 
• ફરીથી સુનિશ્ચિત પાઠ માતાપિતા અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ બંનેને ઇમેઇલ કરવામાં આવશે 
• વિદ્યાર્થી અને માતાપિતા સાથે ચર્ચા કર્યા પછી પરીક્ષા પ્રવેશ માટેની ભલામણો. 
• જ્યાં યોગ્ય હોય ત્યાં સિદ્ધાંતના પાઠો માટેની ભલામણો. 
• યોગ્ય જોડાણમાં જોડાવા માટેની ભલામણો - એવી અપેક્ષા રાખવામાં આવે છે કે જેસીજી ખાતે સાધન/સ્વર પાઠ ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમના ઇન્સ્ટ્રુમેન્ટલ ટ્યુટર અને/અથવા મ્યુઝિક ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટના સ્ટાફની ભલામણ મુજબ એક સમૂહમાં જોડાશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વાલીઓ પાસેથી શું અપેક્ષા રાખવામાં આવે છે?

• પાઠો વચ્ચે નિયમિત અભ્યાસ - સાધન અને ગ્રેડના સ્તરો વચ્ચે પ્રમાણ અને સમય અલગ-અલગ હોઈ શકે છે. તમારા શિક્ષક તમારા સ્તર માટે યોગ્ય રકમની સલાહ આપશે. 
• જે.સી.શોપ દ્વારા પાઠ બુક કરાવવો આવશ્યક છે, ટર્મલી અગાઉથી અને જો નિયત તારીખ સુધીમાં ચુકવણી પ્રાપ્ત ન થાય તો પાઠ ચાલુ રહેશે નહીં. ટર્મલી ઓનલાઈન બુકિંગ બંધ થયા બાદ મળતા બુકિંગમાં 10 ટકા લેટ બુકિંગ ફી લાગશે. 
• નિયત સમયે પાઠમાં હાજરી આપો, શાળાની ઓફિસમાં સાઇન આઉટ કરવા અને તેમના સાધન / સંગીત વગેરે એકત્રિત કરવા માટે સમય આપ્યો છે. 
• તમારા શિક્ષક અથવા સંગીત વિભાગના સ્ટાફની ભલામણ મુજબ વધારાના અભ્યાસક્રમના પહેરવેશમાં ભાગ લો. એનબી કેટલાક પહેરવેશમાં પિયાનોવાદકો માટે તકો છે. 
• ઇમેઇલ સરનામાંમાં કોઈપણ ફેરફારની એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેટરને સલાહ આપો. 
• પોલિફોની પાઠ સાથે અથડામણ થઈ શકે તેવી કોઈ પણ શાળાની પ્રવૃત્તિની તાત્કાલિક (પરંતુ ઓછામાં ઓછી 72 કલાકની નોટિસ સાથે) શિક્ષક અથવા વહીવટકર્તાને સલાહ આપવી. કૃપા કરીને નોંધ લેશો કે કોલેજ દ્વારા આયોજિત પ્રવૃત્તિના કિસ્સા સિવાય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દ્વારા હાજર ન હોય તેવા પાઠો માટે કોઈ રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં, જે કિસ્સામાં વિદ્યાર્થીએ ૭૨ કલાકની લેખિત નોટિસ આપવી આવશ્યક છે. આ પોલિફોની એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેટરને ઇમેઇલ દ્વારા હોઈ શકે છે.

સાધન ભાડે 

Instruments are available for hire at £45 per term. 

• I agree to take all reasonable steps to care for the instrument hired from Polyphony.
• I agree to maintain the instrument in a reasonable manner, including replacing worn-down replaceable parts (strings, rosin, reeds, valve oil etc).
• I understand that the instrument should not be used for any purpose or in any manner other than as a musical instrument.
• I agree to promptly return the instrument, upon stopping Polyphony lessons, to JCG Foundation in a condition that is no worse than the condition it was in at the beginning of the term of this agreement.
• I understand that should the instrument be damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen; the cost of a similar instrument will be borne by me. If the instrument is damaged, please let the Polyphony Administrator know immediately.

અન્ય નિયમો અને શરતો

• I understand that in the event of school closure due to inclement weather or other conditions beyond our control, a refund/catch up lesson will not be given.  
• I agree that I will give a minimum of a half term’s notice for cancellation of tuition. All students will be expected to complete a full term of lessons with notice to stop to be given by the half term prior to stopping. Failure to do so will incur a charge equivalent to the following half term of tuition. Notice can be given by email. Please note that this also applies for the transition from year 6 to year 7 and the transition from one academic year to the next.
• I understand that Polyphony cannot guarantee requests not to be withdrawn from certain curriculum lessons or to have specific set lesson times.  
• I understand that I should advise the administrator ([email protected]), with a minimum of 72 hours' notice, of a College organised activity that clashes with a Polyphony lesson. Only on this occasion will a catch-up lesson be scheduled, or a refund JC shop gift card will be issued.  
• I understand that if a student is unable to attend a lesson, due to illness, travel or other personal reasons, notice should be sent to the Polyphony Administrator (and teacher if applicable). Catch-up lessons will not be scheduled, nor refunds issued on this occasion.

• I agree to advise the administrator of any change in email address.
